📋 Description

• Conduct advanced financial and business modeling using SQL and Excel • Translate analytical findings into actionable insights • Perform market research and analysis to inform strategic priorities, business decisions, and planning • Support senior leaders in strategic and business planning • Contribute to planning process development, facilitation, and synthesis of recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field required • Five years of related experience • Experience in consulting (internal or external) • Experience with group facilitation • Experience with project management • Experience in strategic, business and/or operational planning • Experience with financial analysis and/or budget/pro forma development • Experience with new program/service/product planning and development • Experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations • Experience compiling market research, managing data, conducting analysis and/or statistics • Preferred: facilitating or leading process change • Preferred: experience managing projects and/or programs that drive business strategy and business development activities • Preferred: business analytics experience assessing and developing strategic solutions for complex business opportunities and programs across a matrixed organization • Preferred: broad knowledge of modern health care administration practices and principles within a managed care environment and/or academic medical center
