📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls for multiple insurance products, including Renters Insurance and Classic Car insurance, with no prospecting or cold calling • Make outbound calls to follow up on existing quotes • Establish relationships with clients' customers while selling insurance products • Develop sales strategies and meet departmental monthly sales goals • Track and monitor personal results against sales and key performance goals • Follow underwriting requirements and corporate policies while negotiating sales • Navigate computerized data entry systems, the internet, and relevant applications for tracking, information gathering, troubleshooting, and transaction processing • Complete mandatory continuing education and other training sessions • Stay informed about changes affecting the role

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • One (1) plus year of sales-related experience • One (1) plus years of call center and/or insurance experience • Solid computer, grammar, and multitasking skills • Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license • Ability to become appointed/licensed as a non-resident agent in all applicable states • Strong analytical, listening, problem-solving, and negotiating skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence • Ability to prioritize tasks with shifting deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred • Ability to work any shift during sales-center operating hours
