📋 Description

• Own the Rillet accounting ERP, ensuring integrations work properly, automatic system entries are correct, and data remains clean • Process Ramp transactions and employee reimbursements, ensuring accurate coding and ERP synchronization • Own the accounts payable process, communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders, process invoices on time, collect and store W9s, and issue 1099s as needed • Own balance sheet schedules, including prepaids, accrued expenses, and fixed assets • Review Rippling payroll entries, verify allocations, and ensure timely reconciliation • Own monthly bank reconciliations • Post accounts receivable payments and reconcile outstanding balances • Perform monthly flux analysis • File sales and use tax • Support accurate financial reporting and compliance across the business • Perform additional duties as the role evolves

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 5–7 years of hands-on accounting experience • Comfortable working with ERP systems and expense management platforms • Ramp experience is a plus • Solid grasp of GAAP standards and core accounting practices • Ability to handle ad-hoc requests as necessary • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment • Clear and effective written and verbal communication • Proactive, motivated, and eager to take ownership without direction
