📋 Description

• Hire, coach, and drive an outstanding Sales Engineering team to deliver against assigned goals • Manage individual and team performance, ensuring high levels of performance • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to influence customer thinking • Work to improve the Oasis sales methodology and processes, including product presentations • Assess training needs and implement programs to improve the Sales Engineering team • Work with Regional Sales directors on account planning and strategy • Provide input to corporate functions, particularly field sales and marketing • Manage relationships with product teams and decision makers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience, including 2+ years leading, mentoring, and developing other SEs in a Team Lead or Player-Coach capacity • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and how they operate • Strong understanding or experience in Identity and key identity principles • Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex sales cycles • Excellent communication skills, including experience speaking to technical and business audiences • Your written and communication skills are excellent • Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience.
