📋 Description

• Diseñar, planificar y optimizar estrategias de mantenimiento de buques militares durante su ciclo de vida • Elaborar Análisis Técnicos de Mantenimiento con metodología RCM para sistemas críticos • Definir estrategias de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo según MIL-STD-3034A • Identificar modos de fallo, efectos y tareas de mitigación mediante FMECA • Crear documentación PMS, incluyendo MIPs y MRCs en formato SGML • Redactar normas IMS/TRS para mantenimiento intermedio y reparación de segundo/tercer escalón • Integrar tareas en el ICMP • Listar materiales y consumibles para inmovilizaciones mediante TML • Planificar y secuenciar tareas para PIP, PIV y PIM • Analizar cargas de trabajo por centros, como talleres y buques • Elaborar planes de apoyo de clase según Instrucción AJAL • Definir equipos para mantenimiento por sustitución y coordinar la disponibilidad de repuestos • Usar herramientas de simulación para validar objetivos de disponibilidad superiores al 90% • Generar informes de avance, registrar datos en EOLO-IACV y Windchill y participar en reuniones de coordinación logística con el cliente

🎯 Requirements

• Titulación de Ingeniería, preferiblemente Naval o Marítima • Más de 3 años en análisis y planificación de mantenimiento en programas navales de defensa • Experiencia en Análisis Técnicos de Mantenimiento (ATM) con metodología RCM • Experiencia en documentación PMS: MIPs y MRCs • Experiencia en IMS/TRS • Experiencia en ICMP • Experiencia en planificación de inmovilizaciones programadas: PIP, PIV y PIM según REM F-110 • Experiencia en gestión de pools de reparables y estrategias de mantenimiento por sustitución • Experiencia en análisis de fiabilidad y mantenibilidad (ARM) usando herramientas de simulación • Experiencia con EOLO-IACV, Windchill, software de simulación ARM, SAFRAN Project / Oracle Primavera, AutoCAD / Microstation • Inglés B2 o superior
