AURA AURA is an experiential portrait practice and art studio led by Detroit-based conceptual artist and energetics researcher Eileen Lee. The practice uses legacy analog biofeedback equipment and professional instant peel-apart packfilm to capture and visualize subjects’ bio-magnetic and vibrational energy—commonly described as an aura—producing one-of-a-kind photographic portraits. AURA AURA offers private studio sessions, touring pop-up events, and educational interpretation of auric states to help participants gain awareness of their energetic and emotional states while blending art, spiritual wellness, and immersive experience.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard vetted security partners across your market • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies to ensure high performance • Monitor field activity, resolve service issues, and align partners to key performance metrics • Support adoption of our platform through training, demos, and operational guidance • Collaborate across internal teams to streamline processes and scale efficiently • Travel regularly within your market to conduct client visits, supplier meetings, and platform demos • Provide remote support for business operations in adjacent or emerging markets as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations, vendor management, or multi-site field service (security preferred) • Proven success managing regional accounts, service vendors, or field-based partnerships • Strong sense of ownership - drives results, meets goals, and moves things forward • Confident problem-solver with high accountability under pressure • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities • Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and cold calling is a strong plus • Comfortable working within CRMs and updating records in real time • Bonus: Recruiting, onboarding, or supplier development experience
