📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end integration delivery for acquisitions from post-close through integration • Partner during diligence phase to assess operational impacts, risks, and integration requirements • Develop and execute integration plans, timelines, and milestones, including phased offering integration strategies • Define and manage interim, transitional, and future-state integration phases • Drive Day 1 readiness, ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and customer experience alignment • Coordinate across GTM, Product, Strategy, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams • Represent CTS within core working teams and functional workstreams, ensuring alignment on integration execution • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and decision points across integration activities • Ensure alignment between interim solutions and long-term system and process integration strategy • Track and manage integration progress, milestones, and execution health • Support transition from manual or interim processes to scalable, system-enabled solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, M&A integration, or complex operations delivery • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders • Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
