📋 Description

• Find platform seams, bottlenecks, and handoffs that create customer and business friction • Identify high-leverage opportunities where different approaches create outsized value • Define clear product direction for fuzzy, multi-system problems • Challenge, replace, simplify, or significantly improve existing capabilities using evidence-based experimentation • Partner with experience designers and developers to build working proofs • Build AI-assisted prototypes and demos using AI tools, prompts, and data • Package results as clear before-versus-after proof points • Translate proof findings into the platform’s future direction and a viable path to achieve it

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years driving product direction in complex, technical environments • Deep customer and business understanding • Strong track record using experimentation to discover, validate, and evolve solutions • Acts with agency in ambiguous spaces • Strong product judgment across systems • Hands-on experience building AI-assisted prototypes or demos, including prompt design, agentic workflows, and tool integrations • Ability to operate across product, engineering, and experience, shaping solutions end-to-end • Ability to turn high-leverage problems and insight into tangible, working outcomes • Ability to synthesize user needs, business context, and technical constraints • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority • High learning velocity and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving spaces • Preferred: shipped 0→1 products or features, ideally in workflow-heavy enterprise products or greenfield SaaS • Preferred: ability to structure product intent as an interface for agentic work, validated through hypothesis-driven, metrics-based iteration • Preferred: experience comparing multiple solution approaches and deciding based on outcomes • Preferred: familiarity with complex multi-system environments and platform-level changes
