• Conduct outbound and inbound telesales calls to prospective and existing customers. • Present products and services using clear, compelling, and globally understandable English. • Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and uphold a professional tone on all calls. • Apply non-aggressive persuasive skills to influence buying decisions. • Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems. • Handle basic customer service requests via phone with courtesy and clarity. • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold company values.
