• Translate and edit member letters and other critical documents from English into Vietnamese • Support an upcoming member communications project for a major healthcare insurance provider • Ensure clear, culturally appropriate communication to help individuals understand and manage healthcare coverage • Collaborate remotely with the AvantPage team on healthcare translation projects • Meet PST work-hour requirements and handle same-day delivery requests as needed • Use CAT tools (XTM preferred) and XTRF where applicable to maintain quality and consistency
🎯 Requirements
• Native speaker of Vietnamese • Proven experience in healthcare, health insurance, or medical translation • Strong attention to detail • Experience with CAT tools (XTM preferred) • Experience with XTRF is a plus • Availability to work during PST time • Availability to work on same-day delivery projects • ATA certification is a plus • Experience working as a freelance translator or editor
