📋 Description

• Identify and prospect for new customers using high-volume, high-velocity outbound prospecting tactics • Manage a pipeline, nurture relationships, and close deals • Develop creative and customized outreach strategies for potential customers • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system • Identify, qualify, and close new inbound and outbound opportunities across the full sales cycle • Engage with prospects through various channels to generate qualified opportunities and contribute to sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• Only candidates residing in Missouri or Kansas will be considered at this time; those in Kansas City will be given highest consideration • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a sales role, including lead generation through cold calling and emails, pipeline management, and closing deals • At least 1 year in a full-cycle outside sales role • Proficiency in Gong, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or other sales-based tools and programs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and leadership abilities • Problem-solving skills • Positive mindset, curiosity, and coachability • Openness to learning new tools, systems, and best practices • Flexibility and patience in a rapidly growing environment • Active listening skills and ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and find creative solutions • Passion for Avive's mission of saving lives • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to be the “CEO” of your business
