• Defining and executing a strategic sales approach for SBS Digital Banking solutions in the Benelux market, in collaboration with the Sales Director • Building and nurturing a high-level network within the financial industry, enabling engagement at C-level • Identifying opportunities and key decision-making units (DMUs) within banks and financial institutions • Expanding your network through active participation in industry events, thought leadership initiatives, and proactive outreach • Initiating and developing sales cycles through a targeted and personalized approach • Leading the sales process internally and externally to ensure alignment between client needs and our solutions • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners within the broader ecosystem • Contributing to team success by achieving individual sales targets • Supporting marketing efforts by providing content for acquisition campaigns
• Passionate about sales, digital banking, and technology • Solid understanding of the financial industry • 5–10 years of sales experience in this sector • Proven track record in C-level sales engagements • Ideally 3–5 years of experience selling core banking, payments, or digital solutions • Experience with SaaS sales is a strong plus • Established network within the Benelux banking and Fintech market preferred • Experienced in negotiating complex software contracts, including SaaS deployments, implementation projects, maintenance & support, and training packages • Strong drive for sales with patience and persistence for long sales cycles • Natural affinity for digital innovation and emerging banking trends • Open to attending trade shows and industry conferences • Strong reporting and presentation skills • Team player who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment • Client-focused, adaptable, and open to change • Results-driven, quick learner, and highly motivated to open new business opportunities • High energy level and proactive mindset • Must be able to speak fluent Dutch & English. French is a plus.
