📋 Description

• Identify and recruit qualified physicians for contracted assignments • Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates • Establish relationships, understand candidate needs and qualify candidates for job opportunities • Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a locum tenens career • Generate leads through recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals • Build and maintain relationships internally and externally • Pursue continuous improvement and career advancement • Meet recruiting goals and deliver results • Provide exceptional rapport and extraordinary customer service to physicians
