📋 Description

• Will focus on lead generation and improving and developing sales revenue and margin with existing and new customers • Work closely with our Regional Sales Managers and Engineers to identify, develop, and close business opportunities to help achieve or exceed sales and margin targets for the region • Support and grow existing customer account relationships and develop new customer relationships • Generate technical proposals and submittals to consulting engineers, utilities, and contractors • Prepare detailed plan and specification reviews and take-offs • Maintain and expand sales leads within our CRM (Salesforce) • Analyze early lead detection data to find and build future opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Civil), Business or Marketing, is preferred • High school diploma or GED required • 1 year inside or outside sales experience required with preference selling technical products in the municipal and/or industrial water or power industries • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation and time management skills are required due to the strong commercial element of the work • Maintain a high-quality work product, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture • Strong computer skills with MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint / Nitro, and Outlook • Ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to a team environment
