📋 Description

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients through effective account management • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support • Own the campaign lifecycle from trafficking display, native, and video campaigns through activation and optimization within the MediaGo DSP • Implement pixels and S2S post-backs • Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily by adjusting bids, targeting, creatives, and pacing to achieve client KPIs • Troubleshoot creative disapprovals and technical issues • Assist with campaign briefings, status calls, and performance reporting • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Algorithm, and Analytics teams • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and account growth opportunities • Stay current on AdTech trends, platform updates, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in B2B ad sales or account management • Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must • Strong cross-functional and client-facing skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment • Strong organizational and time management skills
