📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases in assigned functional areas • Identify and report bugs with accurate and detailed descriptions • Communicate test results and status to stakeholders • Perform end-to-end solution and quarterly regression testing • Work directly with the development team to ensure quick resolution and meet project timelines • Work independently and as part of a cross-functional QA team throughout the software development lifecycle • Adhere to quality standards and follow best practices • Participate in agile practices including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Tester • 5+ years of industry experience in software development or testing • Experience with manual testing in a SaaS environment across web and mobile apps • Experience using automation testing tools and frameworks such as Cypress and Appium • Knowledge of SQA methodology and tools • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, DataDog, SQL databases, Postman, LambdaTest, and Jira Zephyr • Collaboration skills to work with product owners, tech leads, and engineers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills, including identifying and solving ambiguous problems and analyzing enhancement impacts on existing functionality • Ability to work remotely from the country in which hired • Ability to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Time
