📋 Description

• Review active workstreams, new ticket submissions, and project priorities • Prepare and distribute weekly and bi-weekly status reports covering project progress, milestones, risks, and resource needs • Meet with business intelligence developers, analysts, and operational leaders to gather updates and validate timelines • Clarify requirements, identify dependencies, and address delivery barriers • Coordinate stakeholders and the technical team • Lead project scoping discussions, define objectives, document requirements, and establish expectations for reports, dashboards, and analytics initiatives • Refine project scope, resolve ambiguities, and develop actionable plans when requirements or priorities change • Maintain and improve Agile processes • Review incoming requests for business context, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation • Monitor sprint progress, ticket volume, workload, throughput, and project health • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement opportunities • Manage intake, data governance, and project management for the Cogito analytics team • Promote self-service tools and identify opportunities to improve processes and requirements gathering • Provide weekly updates to the Director of Data Analytics • Lead Epic Cogito projects from initiation through completion, monitoring progress, deliverables, stakeholder input, and action items • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, timelines, documentation, milestones, risks, and deliverables • Work with stakeholders on requirements gathering, development, implementation, and optimization of Epic Cogito tools • Understand and scope build for dashboards, reports, and SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Experience leading and successfully implementing Epic Cogito projects from initiation through completion • Experience developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, timelines, documentation, milestones, risks, and deliverables • Demonstrated experience utilizing and improving Agile methodologies and processes within Cogito or analytics project teams • Experience coordinating project teams, monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and managing stakeholder input and action items • Experience managing reporting and analytics projects, including requirements gathering, development, implementation, and optimization • Experience developing and supporting dashboards, reports, and SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions • Knowledge of the Analytics Development Life Cycle • Knowledge of Epic's Cogito reporting solutions, including Radar, Reporting Workbench, Cognitive Computing, and security • Ability to maintain required Epic certifications for Cogito and Cogito Project Manager • Bachelor's degree, Scrum Master Certification, Cogito Certification, and Cogito Project Manager certification are preferred
