📋 Description

• Work directly with the CEO and CTO on customer-facing surfaces where 3D is central • Own WebGL work end to end, including scene architecture, motion, art direction in code, and frame-budget management • Design and ship experiences with latitude over visual and interaction decisions • Work AI-first with Cursor and Claude Code to draft intent, explore, scaffold, and refactor • Prototype quickly, validate with real users, and refine before committing • Maintain performance and accessibility, including mid-tier phone performance, reduced-motion support, and graceful WebGL fallback • Build reusable patterns to accelerate future surface development • Document effective AI prompts and workflows • Collaborate closely with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience taking products from 0 to 1 • Shipped WebGL work using Three.js or React Three Fiber, live and running on a phone • Highly skilled with React, TypeScript, Next.js, and JavaScript • Strong understanding of motion, timing, and restraint • Backend experience with Node and SQL; appetite for SST and Drizzle (not required on day one) • Ability to own entire projects and large areas of a codebase independently • Experience building paid products and services • Strong communication skills regarding technical problems, constraints, and timelines • Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment • Ability to provide a link to a built project accessible on a phone
