📋 Description

• Perform all customer contact procedures and meet performance requirements • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues involving accounts, order status, returns, exchanges, shipping, billing, inventory, promotions, and sales • Handle customer contacts through voice, email, and chat • Secure sales by offering preferred products, suggesting similar items, and asking for orders on gift card balance contacts • Use system programs, desktop resources, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer dissatisfaction • Research the CRD Field Guide, Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s websites, catalogs, and other resources to provide accurate information • Use feedback and coaching to maximize performance and develop skills • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Critical thinking skills • Effective customer service skills • Knowledge of basic computer use, Microsoft Office, and web navigation • Comfortable working in a sedentary, computer-based environment • Ability to write, type, and use multi-channel systems • Ability to read documents, reports, computer screens, and other written communication • Ability to effectively interpret and manage difficult situations • Ability to work on a team and independently • Valid Canadian Firearm Possession & Acquisition License (PAL) is an asset
