📋 Description

• Provide customer service in French and English • Perform customer contact procedures and meet performance requirements • Respond to incoming inquiries and resolve account, order-status, and after-sale service issues • Handle return and exchange procedures, shipping and delivery problems, incorrect items, billing questions, declined credit cards, inventory inquiries, and sales promotions • Capitalize on sales opportunities by offering preferred products, suggesting similar items, and asking for orders on gift card balance contacts • Use advanced training, systems, desktop resources, communication, negotiation, soft skills, and problem-solving to resolve customer dissatisfaction • Research the CRD Field Guide, Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s websites, catalogs, programs, tools, and resources to provide accurate information • Use feedback and coaching to maximize performance and develop skills • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual French and English • Knowledge of and familiarity with basic computer use, Microsoft Office, and web navigation • Comfortable working in a sedentary, computer-based environment • Ability to write, type, and use multi-channel systems • Ability to read documents, reports, computer screens, and other written communication • Ability to effectively interpret and manage difficult situations • Ability to work on a team and independently • Valid Canadian Firearm Possession & Acquisition License (PAL) is an asset
