📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code aligned with industry best practices • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software development standards • Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes for diverse data sources • Collaborate with analysts and DBAs to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency • Automate data workflows and error-handling routines • Design and maintain large relational databases and data warehouses • Develop and optimize stored procedures, functions, and indexing strategies • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level software engineers • Support skill development through pair programming, design discussions, and training sessions • Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications with cross-functional teams • Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to timelines, architecture, and resource planning • Monitor system performance and implement improvements for availability and responsiveness • Evaluate and implement tools and frameworks; propose technology improvements or migrations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field • 8–10 years of professional experience in software engineering focused on .NET technologies • Strong experience with database tools, including SSIS, and database development • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Experience mentoring or leading junior and mid-level developers is highly preferred • Expertise using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core • Ability to design and develop relational databases • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent databases • Experience developing and optimizing ETL processes • Ability to develop stored procedures, functions, and indexing strategies
