📋 Description

• Support and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, data feeds, and business applications across underwriting, claims, CRM, and captive insurance platforms • Monitor system performance, data quality, and scheduled processes • Write SQL queries and reports to validate data, investigate issues, and support business needs • Assist with application administration, user access, configuration updates, and documentation • Partner with business and technology teams to resolve issues and improve system efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 2 - 4 years of experience in application support, systems support or integrations • Working knowledge of SQL and data validation principles • Experience supporting policy administration, claims, risk management, or insurance-related platforms • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills • Experience in Commercial Lines, Property & Casualty, or Captive Insurance environments preferred
