• Take inbound calls from members to provide technical assistance for issues related to the use of members' recreational vehicles • Thoroughly investigate claims and verify eligibility • Maintain positive customer relationships • Manage a high call volume • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Evaluate customer issues from start to finish
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years claim handling experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere • Bilingual (Preferred) • Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience (Preferred)
