📋 Description

• Manage a team of program managers or a major account • Drive client retention, quality service delivery, client and BCD Travel profitability, preferred vendor maximization, and technology implementation • Oversee and direct the team, including performance/activity updates with stakeholders • Establish multi-level, strategic client relationships • Support development of client and department budgets • Lead strategic client business plans • Explore regional or global client servicing expansion opportunities • Negotiate client contract terms according to company approval processes and commercial policy

🎯 Requirements

• Prior management work experience in the business travel industry • Experience as an account manager in a corporate environment • Highly effective written, oral, and presentation skills • Computer literacy in business software applications • Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis, extensively
