📋 Description

• Support and review low level complexity help desk requests • Provide a proactive and consultative approach to programming basic entry-level solutions • Learn, understand, and consistently adhere to department guidelines and procedures • Provide basic troubleshooting for client concerns, programming errors, and escalations • Perform basic routine requirements gathering and routine writing • QC Web updates per help desk requests • Provide an ongoing resource for OBT and QCE implementation projects • Submit requests to detach and/or attach global standard optional or custom routines • QC Web account creation for project implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in the travel industry, including MidOffice Applications knowledge as part of an organized technology team • Strong hands-on knowledge of all aspects of the travel reservation process • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently • Excellent organization and time management skills • Proven customer service skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems is a plus
