📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Understand client travel policies and consistently provide consultation • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Provide industry information, including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and client commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a travel agent • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Highly organized and detail oriented • Availability for 16–23 hours per week, including both Saturday and Sunday and some holidays • Flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs
