📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers and lead Implementation Project Teams • Plan, schedule, and execute project or program deliverables • Perform pre-sales scope planning and implementation project management • Manage product implementation, workflow and system design, configuration, and integration engineering activities • Manage customer relationships, partnering, and account management activities • Support BD product teams in completing upgrade projects • Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day project activities • Create and use project plans with milestones and task responsibilities • Manage project scope and customer priorities • Identify project risks and develop action plans • Manage and escalate project issues and risks • Manage customer expectations for products and services • Maintain accurate project records • Forecast current and future-quarter revenue • Use governance tools including scope documents, status reports, risk and change logs, and tollgates • Provide performance appraisal input through peer review • Coach, mentor, and train project team members and peers • Work across TSC, Sales, Finance, and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience • 3-5 years of experience in a related field • Experience with HIS/EMR systems preferred • Working knowledge of BD Medical Systems products desired • Experience with integrated delivery networks/enterprise-level health systems preferred • Valid driver license and maintenance of license • Must be at least 21 years old • Home-based position with 25-75% overnight travel • Flexible working hours, including some nights and weekends • Ability to work independently from a home office • Experience managing virtual teams • Upon hire, provide proof of and maintain current immunizations, including Hepatitis B, current-year Influenza, MMR, Varicella, annual TB/PPD, and Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis • Ability to comply with applicable BD policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, forecasting and backlog management processes • Knowledge of industry-recognized project management methodologies • Professional communication and project leadership skills
