📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans for the US TB diagnostics portfolio. • Assist in driving market adoption and commercial success of the MGIT™ 2 System and associated consumables. • Participate in the planning and execution of the US launch of the updated MGIT™ 2 platform. • Support the development of value propositions, messaging, and positioning tailored to laboratory and healthcare customers. • Monitor local market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities. • Partner with Sales Operations and commercial leadership to identify and prioritize target accounts. • Participate in customer visits, industry conferences, and professional meetings to gather market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, product management, sales, or commercial roles within life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare. • Experience collaborating with sales teams and supporting commercial initiatives. • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. • Ability to influence without direct authority.
