📋 Description

• Prospect and connect with automotive dealerships through outbound calls, email, and other channels • Build relationships with dealership decision-makers and key stakeholders • Leverage dealership experience to understand challenges and uncover opportunities • Qualify prospects and determine where Better Car People can provide value • Research dealerships and identify the right contacts and decision-makers • Manage and maintain an active pipeline in the CRM • Follow up consistently and turn conversations into qualified opportunities • Partner with Sales and Marketing to support outreach and lead generation initiatives • Stay up to date on dealership trends, technology, and the evolving automotive retail landscape • Work toward and exceed activity, pipeline, and performance goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for experience selling into automotive dealerships • Understanding of dealership operations and the automotive retail environment • Experience communicating with dealership decision-makers • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations with new prospects • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve results • Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills • Experience using a CRM and common business software • Previous B2B sales experience within the automotive industry preferred • Experience selling automotive technology, SaaS, digital retail, advertising, or dealership services preferred • Experience working with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, BDC leaders, or Internet Directors preferred • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms preferred
