📋 Description

• Support data migration, including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation from legacy systems into Oracle Cloud EPM • Perform data quality assessments to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and data integrity issues • Validate legacy-to-target data mappings and confirm successful migration results • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools • Use SQL and business intelligence tools to analyze data and generate reporting solutions • Collaborate with project stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather reporting requirements and define data validation processes • Document data migration activities, validation results, and reporting methodologies • Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and data verification efforts • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards • Provide analytical support during implementation and post-deployment activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline • Minimum of 5 years of data analysis experience • Experience supporting data migration and data validation initiatives in large-scale system implementations • Proficiency with SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation • Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools • Demonstrated experience validating legacy-to-target data mappings • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Experience performing data quality assessments and reconciliation activities • Ability to communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • U.S. Citizenship required • Must be eligible for a government security investigation and able to obtain a government-granted security clearance • May be subject to background investigation, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness checks • Nice to have: Experience supporting Oracle Cloud EPM implementations • Nice to have: Knowledge of financial data structures, ERP systems, or enterprise performance management solutions • Nice to have: Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices
