📋 Description

• Proactively contact salons by phone, generate interest, and schedule demos from lead lists and campaigns • Convert existing customers who use Beautinda for free to paid plans • Conduct video demos and independently close deals • Reliably document activities and results in the relevant systems • Provide structured feedback on objections and customer requests to Product and Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in telephone sales (outbound/telesales), ideally in SaaS, software, or the beauty/hair salon industry • Demonstrated closing ability—you can speak confidently about your sales figures • Fluent German, both spoken and written • Strong self-organization and discipline while working from home • Genuine interest in our product and the beauty industry
