📋 Description

• Work with operations, sales, finance, and other non-technical teams to identify manual work suitable for automation • Observe workflows and select problems where agents can save time or remove manual, error-prone steps • Define success metrics before building • Prioritize AI ideas into a ranked backlog with build, enablement, or no-build decisions • Estimate agent operating costs, including licensing and token consumption • Apply agreed guardrails and involve Security, IT, Legal, or Privacy when needed • Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and supporting automation using Claude Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio • Build a network of business champions and run hands-on build sessions and office hours • Create templates and playbooks for teams to build agents safely • Maintain a production agent register with owners, data sources, and access information • Evaluate new AI tools and recommend adoption decisions • Establish safeguards for secure and privacy-conscious production deployment • Report to the Chief Product and Technology Officer

🎯 Requirements

• Built AI agents or automations in daily use using low-code tools such as Copilot Studio or code (Python, TypeScript, and the Claude API) • Hands-on experience with prompt and context design, retrieval, tool use, and evaluating agent output • Understanding of where LLMs fail • Experience integrating with REST APIs, MCP servers, connectors, and enterprise authentication • Four or more years in a business-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, solutions consulting, business analysis, automation, or platform delivery • Ability to learn finance or sales operations workflows and build improvements • Ability to identify when a use case needs security or privacy review • Ability to estimate agent operating costs on Copilot credits or Claude API usage • Experience running workshops or training for non-technical audiences • Clear writing skills • Preference for shipping small, working agents and iterating rather than extensively planning large ones • Link or short screen recording of something built required with application • Cybersecurity experience preferred • Experience running an AI champions program, community of practice, or citizen developer program preferred • Experience setting up lightweight AI guardrails, such as agent inventories or risk tiers, preferred • Familiarity with EU data protection requirements preferred
