• The Account Manager strategically collaborates with companies to meet their supply chain and logistical needs. • Playing a key role in all aspects of customer communication, creating long-term relationships with the existing accounts you manage, and establishing new relationships with prospective customers. • You will be empowered to expand services, increase efficiency, and maximize profitability throughout Becker’s service offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in sales preferred • 6+ year of experience in working with shippers in the freight/logistics industry • 6+ year of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions • Demonstrated success in high-growth environment, including process development, implementation, and execution • Possess strong interpersonal and time management skills • Comfortable with change • Resourceful and flexible • Ability to multi-task and stay organized • Manage and prioritize competing demands • Excel proficiency preferred • Experience with McLeod Software preferred
