📋 Description

• Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of syndicated loan agreements • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand commercial lending presence • Represent Beem at industry conferences and networking events • Maintain and grow networks with financial institutions, investors, and syndication partners • Provide strategic oversight of a complex syndicated-loan portfolio • Coordinate transaction execution with legal teams, credit officers, and relationship managers • Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements • Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, syndicate participants, and industry stakeholders • Provide tailored financial solutions and high service standards • Lead credit analysis and risk assessments • Prepare and present credit proposals with financial modeling and risk mitigation strategies • Monitor portfolio risk exposure and implement proactive risk management tactics • Set strategic direction for the Syndications team • Build and lead a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and development • Promote collaboration and cross-referrals across commercial teams • Develop goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required • Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial banking with a focus on syndicated lending • Proven expertise in structuring, negotiating, and executing syndicated loan agreements • Strong background in credit analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio management • Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and drive business development
