📋 Description

• Design, develop, customise, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications • Develop and implement plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, business rules, and platform extensions • Configure and customise Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows • Develop client-side customisations using JavaScript and TypeScript • Develop and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps • Design and implement automated business processes using Power Automate • Develop custom controls and components using Power Apps Component Framework • Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications • Develop and consume REST APIs and SOAP-based web services • Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management • Support data migration from legacy applications into Dynamics 365 • Develop data import, export, transformation, and validation processes • Manage Dynamics 365 solutions across development, testing, UAT, and production environments • Use Azure DevOps and Git for source control, build automation, and release management • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments • Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimisation • Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments • Investigate technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes • Provide ongoing technical support and application enhancements • Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards • Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable D365 solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience • 5–8 years of overall software development experience • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development • Proven experience developing and customising Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications • Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dataverse • Practical experience developing plugins, custom APIs, and complex business logic • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party and enterprise applications • Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure integration services • Experience with application deployment, environment management, and DevOps practices • Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies • Preferred/desirable: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure • Preferred/desirable: Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) • Preferred/desirable: Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-enabled business solutions • Preferred/desirable: Experience with Azure API Management and event-driven architecture • Preferred/desirable: Understanding of Dynamics 365 security architecture, business units, teams, and security roles • Preferred/desirable: Experience with automated testing and performance monitoring • Preferred/desirable: Exposure to enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementation and transformation programmes
