📋 Description

• You keep track of all projects, brief our design team, and ensure that every email goes out on time. • You write copy that resonates and converts. • You build campaigns, flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo. • You manage WhatsApp and print marketing campaigns. • You work with modern AI systems that take care of the repetitive tasks for you. • You play a key role in helping clients set new records, push boundaries, and exceed their expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• You have worked extensively with Klaviyo for at least one year and have built campaigns, flows, and pop-ups yourself. • You have copywriting experience and write texts that convert. • You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and maintain an overview even when managing multiple projects at once. • Fluency in written and spoken German is essential. • Experience in e-commerce or at an agency is a plus. • You take 100% ownership of your results. • You focus on solutions rather than problems and are not satisfied with mediocrity. • You are passionate about personal development. • You want our clients to succeed and are willing to go the extra mile to make that happen.
