• You work in the trade channel, build customer relationships, and independently ensure that our brands Mio Mio as well as Berentzen and Puschkin are visible in your territory and that their market potential is fully realized. • Responsible for independently developing the sales territory based on agreed KPIs. • Securing and implementing listings and secondary placements at the point of sale (POS). • Actively managing order quantities at the POS and preventing out-of-stock situations. • Independent management of the sales territory through self-planned routes and market and competitor analysis. • You act as a brand ambassador in the field and make a difference at the point of sale.
• Completed commercial vocational training and several years of relevant professional experience. • Solid understanding of grocery retail structures (LEH). • Residence within the sales territory. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style as well as entrepreneurial thinking and approach. • Experience and skill in sales negotiations.
