📋 Description

• Overview of the role involves leading and supporting engineering practices and systems. • Oversee design, modification, and improvement of company engineering projects and services; directs the design of testing and maintenance processes, and ensure quality control. • Delegates and empowers Directors to establish technical execution plans, analyze team performance, and establish effective communication with the entire EaaS team. • Oversees the Energy Efficiency Application process for EaaS projects to ensure maximum cost/benefit to the Company for procuring incentives and to meet any contractual obligations. • Works with Engineering Project Management group to establish workload priorities and schedules to meet the outcome of EaaS projects. • Reviews actual construction savings vs. modeled savings to ensure teams are taking the appropriate action to ensure the desired energy outcomes. • Coordinates corrective action when EaaS projects are not achieving project outcomes. • Coordinates the development of processes to expedite the delivery of energy savings on EaaS projects. • Coordinates the development of efficient organizational structure, including the development of knowledge, skills and abilities; and establishes a succession plan to facilitate a steady and efficient organizational growth and efficiency. • Administrative Duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management with 7+ years of engineering leadership experience. • OR 20+ years of relevant industry experience in Retro-Commissioning or commissioning with 7+ years of leadership experience. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. • Versed in the industry best practices. • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary. • Experience in healthcare and higher education. • Professional Engineer License. • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Climbing stairs. • Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods. • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. • Quiet environment. • Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds. • 30% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
