📋 Description
• The Lead Software Engineer II plays an important role in building and enhancing engineering solutions • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software • Work closely with senior engineers and architects to implement scalable systems • Collaborate effectively with Product, Architecture, InfoSec, and DevOps • Contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• 4 - 6 years of professional software engineering experience • Strong backend development experience with Java and Python • Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and query optimization • Working knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, services, and best practices • Experience with modern databases (relational and NoSQL) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and orchestration systems • Experience with monitoring/observability tools • Strong communication skills with collaboration abilities • Comfort in Agile environments with iterative delivery
