• Book service appointments and handle phone and chat inquiries for the Geek Squad Field Services team • Record information in the contact centre system • Use technical knowledge to determine the scope of work in order to make purchase recommendations • Create an amazing customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the field or a similar role • Enthusiasm for supporting and assisting our customers • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations that arise during busy periods • Interest in developing your skills through our training programs • Proficiency in French and English • Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, or part time, 24 hours or more per week, depending on business capacity
