📋 Description

• Lead and perform maintenance, configuration, and day-to-day administration of global finance software applications for BETSOL's clients • Ensure finance applications run smoothly and efficiently, minimizing disruption during peak finance reporting cycles • Contribute to implementation of new finance software applications, processes, and strategic technology transformation • Deputize tasks owned by the Global Finance Applications Lead during planned leave • Lead configuration of cloud-hosted software applications and modules, including application settings, administration configurations, and standing data migrations • Manage application role security according to best practices and the global SOX control framework • Determine appropriate role security for new Finance applications and lead periodic control assessments with auditors • Perform Finance application user provisioning and manage related change request tickets • Manage Finance applications ticket boards as the primary resource • Collaborate with senior Finance leadership on change pipeline and open-ticket priorities • Troubleshoot issues and outages in Finance software and integrations • Support outsourced partners in monitoring system performance • Review application updates and software releases, and lead testing of impacted processes with Finance process owners • Assist in training staff on new Finance technologies, processes, and systems • Assist with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies for Finance applications • Support internal and external auditor requests relating to Finance applications and technology

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • 4-6 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials professional corporate work experience • Minimum 5 years of experience managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud applications, preferably finance applications such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude • Demonstrated experience supporting projects and working with team members to execute deliverables • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or a demonstrable equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience • Ability to work for a US-based client during US EST business hours
