📋 Description

• Support and enhance BeyondTrust’s security compliance programs, focusing on vendor risk management, customer trust, and project coordination/management • Contribute to continuous improvement and execution of the Trust & Assurance program • Create documentation, track projects, and perform day-to-day operational activities • Assess vendors for compliance with BeyondTrust security requirements • Respond to external security questionnaires • Track complex project statuses across internal and external stakeholders • Collect compliance evidence for legal, operational, and security requirements • Arrange communications and contacts with involved stakeholders • Coordinate and research security, compliance, and privacy-related requests • Assist with updating and reviewing policies, standards, and procedures according to compliance and regulatory requirements • Assist in delivering compliance and security awareness training, education modules, and role-based training • Support compliance audit and assurance activities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all organizational levels • Familiarity with industry regulations and frameworks such as NIST 800-53/800-171, ISO 27001/27701, and SOC 2 • Ability to interpret compliance reports and white papers • Experience in project management activities including status tracking, artifact creation, and reporting • Technical skills with MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Visio • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments and teams • Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet firm deadlines • Bachelor’s degree (nice to have) • 2 or more years of experience in project management, security, or compliance (nice to have) • Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and/or SaaS applications (nice to have) • CISSP or CRISC certifications (nice to have) • Technology risk management experience (nice to have)
