• Manage ongoing corporate governance and regulatory requirements for Globalli's international entities • Maintain calendars of corporate, regulatory, tax, employment, and other entity-level obligations and ensure deadlines are met • Coordinate entity registrations, renewals, licenses, permits, statutory filings, and required submissions • Maintain accurate corporate records, registrations, certificates, corporate documents, and director and officer information • Monitor local regulatory changes and coordinate action with Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll, Compliance, and external advisors • Identify and escalate compliance gaps and upcoming requirements • Manage relationships with corporate service providers, legal counsel, accountants, payroll partners, and other vendors • Review and benchmark vendor services and fees and support negotiations and renewals • Coordinate entity establishment, changes, closures, reorganizations, and other corporate-structure activities • Help establish scalable processes as Globalli enters new countries and expands internationally • Serve as the internal subject matter expert and central coordination point for entity governance and regulatory requirements • Educate stakeholders on entity requirements, timelines, and responsibilities • Maintain centralized systems of record and documentation • Develop standardized processes, documentation, reporting, dashboards, and compliance workflows • Proactively identify and coordinate resolution of entity-related risks and issues
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in international entity management, corporate governance, regulatory affairs, legal operations, compliance, or a related field • Experience managing entities across multiple countries and jurisdictions • Experience working with external legal, accounting, corporate services, or regulatory partners • Strong understanding of corporate governance and entity compliance processes • Legal, paralegal, corporate services, compliance, or similar professional background preferred • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple countries, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and coordinate appropriate action with internal and external stakeholders • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, including the ability to evaluate service levels and fees • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, international environment where processes are continually evolving • Strong judgment and ability to escalate issues appropriately rather than attempting to provide legal advice outside your area of expertise
