📋 Description

• Develop and support the cloud-native Workload credentials management solution within the BeyondTrust platform • Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient full-stack platform components, services, and orchestration • Deliver user experiences for complex web-based enterprise applications • Lead and contribute to system design and provide technical leadership on increasingly complex projects • Review functional and technical requirements, identify gaps and limitations, propose simplifications, and communicate ideas across cross-functional teams • Partner with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders to drive project outcomes • Take end-to-end ownership of results individually and as part of a team • Apply engineering best practices to deliver high-quality products and services

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise-ready, cloud-based systems • 4+ years of professional experience with Go in production environments • Solid understanding of modern design patterns and ability to weigh trade-offs between approaches • Track record of leading complex projects from design through production release • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work • Experience mentoring and guiding multiple engineers • Ability to influence stakeholders toward strategic decisions • Experience with the full development lifecycle, continuous integration, and agile product release • Expertise in cloud and SaaS development and strategy • Expertise developing API services, distributed systems, and scalable microservices architectures • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and deep knowledge of Angular, React, or similar • Proficiency with C# or other object-oriented languages is a plus • Prior security or secrets management experience is preferred • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure • Experience managing services in production and at scale • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure operations • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and end-to-end testing tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium is a plus • Experience using AI agents and harnesses in day-to-day workflow • Authored or contributed to popular open-source projects
