• A proven track record of success in field-based business development (minimum 3 years). • Experience selling contracted services valued at £1 million + per annum. • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of tendering processes. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at all business levels. • Knowledge of the waste management industry or relevant legislation is advantageous, but not essential.
