📋 Description

• Drive growth and ongoing transformation of the Indian Subcontinent sales function • Develop and lead execution of go-to-market strategy • Build effective relationships to meet and exceed targets • Accelerate sales growth through strategic account growth • Maintain strong relationships with current client base • Achieve plan and overall revenue targets • Identify, qualify, develop, and close new opportunities • Create a sales performance culture • Interact with regional and global resources

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience West region • BFSI/ITES experience will be an added advantage • Experience in building Strategic Account Plans • Strong, tested sales experience in high growth organizations • Ability to articulate customer problem statements • Experience in a disruptive market approach selling infrastructure software is a plus • Solutions sales approach with packaging consulting services • Graduate degree a must, Post graduate degree a plus • Ability to foresee, interpret and rapidly respond to market changes • Understanding of subscription-based models • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively • Advanced written and verbal communication skills • Strong business and analytical acumen
