📋 Description

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors • Drive market development within the assigned territory • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with medical key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals • Prospect for and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in OBGYN, MFM, and GC clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers • Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization in the geography • Manage the full product sales lifecycle, including business development and lead generation • Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events • Deliver clinical information to external clients and internal teams • Influence how tests are communicated to physicians and patients and how products evolve to meet market needs • Report to the Regional Manager - Prenatal

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in a specified geographic territory • Demonstrated successful sales track record and understanding of buyer/decision-maker types • Effective selling, listening, and presentation skills • Excellent written and verbal organizational and communication skills • Effective time management and ability to assess and prioritize opportunities • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to think strategically and execute tactically • Ability to assess medical professionals' and staff members' needs through consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem solving • Ability to work independently with an internal drive to succeed • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and patient-information ethics • Values and ethics supporting BillionToOne's mission, goals, and professional code of conduct • Discretion and professionalism when handling patient and physician information and documentation • Nice-to-have: startup experience, women's health background, clinical laboratory experience, and a convertible book of business
