📋 Description

• Train and support customers in setup, developing protocols, and implementing staining assays • Attend conferences and customer meetings to present products • Investigate problems at customer sites and resolve them with technical support teams • Provide scientific applications support in assay development • Collaborate with Sales team for pre- and post-sales support • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships via regular visits or calls • Travel to the Swiss site when requested to deliver product demos • Track details and feedback at customer sites for marketing and R&D teams • Help define customer requirements for new products

🎯 Requirements

• Master or PhD degree in Biology, Life sciences, Bioengineering, Medicine, or related field • Hands-on experience in in-situ techniques including immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, in-situ hybridization, multiomics, or microscopy • Experience in image analysis spatial data is a plus • Several years of prior experience in supporting customers in a highly technical field • Ability to effectively write technical supporting documents • Experience in CRM applications is helpful • Must be independent, confident, and creative in running experiments • Must demonstrate good customer service skills • Must be fluent in English • Additional language skills in German, Italian or French are desired.
