📋 Description

• Own and optimize a $500,000+ annual influencer marketing budget while achieving or exceeding a minimum 1.7x last-click ROAS • Develop profitable creator acquisition strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, email sponsorships, websites, newsletters, and emerging channels • Improve campaign profitability and increase influencer contribution to company revenue • Negotiate creator partnerships covering licensing rights, paid usage rights, Meta advertising permissions, multi-channel deliverables, affiliate opportunities, and long-term ROI • Activate creator content through Meta advertising with Paid Media • Recruit, activate, and grow a community of 500+ active commission-based and hybrid creators • Build scalable creator recruiting, onboarding, communication, reporting, and partnership management systems • Manage direct relationships with creators and representatives • Create conversion-focused creator briefs from product positioning and campaign objectives • Expand sponsored posts into omni-channel partnerships spanning email, YouTube, websites, podcasts, paid advertising, affiliate promotions, licensing rights, and product launches • Partner with Creative, Paid Media, CRM, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams • Measure revenue, contribution margin, ROAS, creator productivity, customer acquisition, and partnership value • Analyze campaign performance and present structured business updates with actionable recommendations • Develop reporting processes that improve forecasting, operational visibility, and executive decision-making • Leverage AI, automation, and modern software to improve productivity and operational efficiency • Help define future hiring needs and mentor coordinators, interns, or junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience leading influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships for high-growth supplement, wellness, nutrition, fitness, or CPG brands • Demonstrated success managing influencer marketing budgets of $500,000+ annually • Proven experience building and scaling ambassador programs with 250–500+ active creators • Track record of driving measurable business growth through influencer marketing with a strong understanding of revenue, profitability, and attribution • Experience negotiating creator contracts, licensing rights, usage rights, affiliate agreements, commission structures, and long-term partnership agreements • Experience managing creator relationships directly rather than relying primarily on influencer agencies • Strong understanding of last-click attribution, paid amplification, Meta advertising, and customer acquisition • Experience using influencer management platforms such as GRIN, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Modash, Upfluence, or equivalent software • Experience working closely with Paid Media, Creative, CRM, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
