📋 Description

• Design facility improvements and obtain quotes for small construction projects at pharmacies and clinics • Ensure adequate completion of small construction projects • Visit facilities and improve style and function for staff and patients • Collaborate with the Facility Manager to maintain and fulfill service ticket requests • Ensure rapid response times, proper resource allocation, and minimal disruption to daily operations • Research and source new pharmacy or clinic sites based on cost, function, location, and design requirements • Prepare reports and presentations on facility operations, project status, and risk assessments • Manage concurrent facility improvement, space utilization, and infrastructure upgrade projects • Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • 3–5 years’ experience in construction, interior design, facilities management, project management, or a combination • Experience managing or working within budgets • Ability to travel within Canada • Valid Driver’s License • English proficiency required • Bilingualism in French and English may be required depending on the role, location, and organizational needs • Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or Lean Principles (5S) considered an asset
